Decoint delivers in 176 countries, located around the world.

The cost of delivery is included in the cost of the products.

Delivery is carried out by UPS or EMS; Standard delivery is 3-4 working days, for some remote regions there may be 4-8 working days. After placing an order and confirming by the Customer Service, the order is sent within 24 hours, on the pre-holiday days - within 48 hours.

Estimated delivery time is approximate and is calculated from the moment of sending the order. Unfortunately, we can not affect the delays associated with customs clearance at the destination.
Working hours of courier company UPS and EMS: 9.00-17.00, Monday-Friday, does not work on public holidays.
Please note that all orders require signature upon receipt, so please ensure the presence of someone who could put a signature on delivery to the specified address.
We do not deliver to subscriber boxes or poste restante.
If UPS or EMS finds nobody at the specified address, our Customer Service will contact you directly.
We ask you to carefully inspect the parcel upon receipt. In case of damage of the goods, you must refuse to receive, draw up an act (claim) and contact us as quickly as possible:

After the successful delivery of the parcel, the courier will give you your copy of express delivery note, which is confirmation of your receipt of the parcel.

Payment Information

Payment on Decoint online store is carried out by bank card. We accept payments by cards: Visa, MasterCard.

Please note that in order to protect your security when paying by credit card, the first order can be sent only to the address of the card holder on which the invoice is issued, or the address of the recipient's place of work, where we can conduct an independent verification. In order to avoid delays, we ask you to ensure the conformity of card data to the buyer's data. Thank you for understanding.

Payment by cash on delivery is temporarily unavailable.

How to make a purchase on Decoint online store

The process of buying on Decoint online store is fairly simple and intuitive.

You can make an Order by yourself on the site or contact Customer Service in any convenient way for you to communicate, specified below.

For order by yourself by the means of shopping cart. Go to the category "Painting", choose the picture you like. To simplify the choosing, you can use the Filter - put tick against targeted options (Size, Paint, etc.) and click Search button. If you are in category, you can move the cursor to the picture you like and there will be Add to Cart button at the bottom, clicking on which, you will see a window with your Cart. If you click directly on the picture itself, you will go to the flypage, where you can view the Additional photos, read the Description, Characteristics, see the Article of the goods (you may need it to order by the means of Customer Service). On flypage click on Add to Cart button. After you clicked Add to Cart button, you will see pop-up window with your Cart (you can also call Cart by clicking the button with Cart icon at the top of the page). If you want to add more items to the shopping cart, click Continue shopping button. If you want to place order, click on Checkout button. Also you can delete items in the Cart. After you click on Checkout button, you will be taken to the Ordering page. By default, you are invited to complete checkout with registration, with mandatory fields: Name, Surname, E-mail, Password, Confirm Password. Also, you can switch to "No" in Checkout with registration line; only Name and E-mail will be mandatory. If in Checkout with registration line you select Yes, all fields are required to be filled in, then at the time of Checkout, you will be registered on the Decoint website as a User. If you are Registered user, then click on the link "I am a regular customer"; You will see a window for entering your Login (e-mail) and Password. Also for simplicity and accuracy of your order it is recommended to fill in the Address of the Recipient. If your address is not filling in, it will be specified by Customer Service at the time of confirmation of the Order. After filling all the necessary information for the order and selecting the Payment Method, click on Checkout button. Then you will go to the payment system page, where you will be offered various options for making payments electronically. After the successful Checkout, our Customer Service will contact you to confirm the Order and clarify the information you filled in. After specifying your Order (product name, address of the Recipient), the parcel will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Return and refund

We want your experience in buying paintings on Decoint online store to be as positive and pleasant as possible, so we try to make the procedure for goods returning and money refunding as simple and convenient as possible.

To document the return, you need to contact our Customer Service in any convenient way specified below.

You will need to pack the goods returned in the packaging in which you received it and return it in the same way as the delivery to you.

After receiving your return to our warehouse, we verify it within 3 working days in view of matching the return, integrity and absence of defects.
After receiving, verifying and confirming the return, you will be refunded the full amount of money within 2 working days to the same account from which the payment was made. Please note that sometimes the receiving bank delays the transfer of money up to 5 working days in connection with the verification of the transaction. If this situation exists, you need to contact your receiving bank to clarify the timing of the transfer of funds to your account.

Unfortunately, we can not accept a return if:
- more than 14 days have passed since you received it;
- the goods do not match to the one you received;
- the integrity of the goods is broken, defects are present, etc.
